Good foam persistence, very bright and lively soft pink colour.
Sufficiently fine and persistent perlage. Good olfactory intensity with a predominance of small newly ripened fruits, subsequently on the nose it is sufficiently complex with floral and tropical fruit notes.
The palate is fresh, smooth and engaging, pleasantly bubbly and with an intense and persistent finish.
An excellent aperitif with cured meats and non-matured cheeses, it also pairs well with fish appetisers, seafood risotto and fried fish
